2. Services

INFINI offers:

 

  • direct purchase of selected items

  • placement through resale partners

  • private sales via The INFINI Circle

 

INFINI does not guarantee a sale unless explicitly agreed.

 

3. Seller responsibility

By submitting an item, you confirm that:

 

  • you are the legal owner

  • the item is authentic

  • all information provided is accurate

 

 

4. Pricing & offers

 All pricing is based on market conditions, item condition and demand.

Offers may vary depending on the chosen sales channel.

 

5. Payment

 Payment is made after successful sale or direct purchase agreement.

Timing of payment may vary depending on the transaction.

 

6. Liability

INFINI is not liable for:

 

  • changes in market value

  • unsold items

  • third-party actions

  • Sellers are responsible for the shipment of their items to INFINI or any designated partner, including appropriate packaging and insurance.

INFINI is not liable for loss or damage during shipment uless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

 

7. Amendments

INFINI reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
