Submit your item
Start by sharing detailed information about your bag, along with clear photos. We require a minimum of 6 images: front, back, bottom, interior, logo and serial number. The more complete your submission, the faster and more accurate our evaluation can be.

Your item is carefully reviewed by our team. We assess authenticity, overall condition, brand specifics and current market demand. This step ensures that every piece aligns with our standards and determines the best possible resale strategy.
Placement or direct purchase
Based on the evaluation, we either purchase the item directly or place it within our trusted network or private buyers and resale partners. We choose the route that ensures the most efficient and suitableoutcome for your piece.

Payment
Once the item has been successfully sold or acquired, your payment is processed promptly and securely. We ensure a smooth and transparant payout process from start to finish.

While our primary focus is on designer bags, we also consider a select range of other items.
This includes new Chanel or Hermès shoes, as well as small leather goods. Each item is reviewed individually and accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on demand within our network of private buyers.
